Pressurised Carbon Curing Oven
In 2008 we have installed a second vacuum curing oven (autoclave) wirh an internal diameter of ø1300/2000
mm and a total length of 65 metres working at a maximum pressure
of 8 bar at a temperature of up to 150°C. Our philosophy
is to invest in the best materials and machinery available
on the market in order to offer our clients the quality carbon
masts.
Carbon Masts
We
manufacture carbon masts using the best materials and machinery
available in the marketplace.
Aluminium Masts
We
build aluminium masts of any size with any type of sail plane,
ahead mast, fractional with special planes, masts for catamarans.
Rigging
We
make spiral cable rigging, in wire rod, PBO and carbon. We
have three specialised presses allow us to produce any type
of rigging work
Architecture
Maxspar
cooperates with important design and architectural studios
for the creation of modern day architectural masterpieces
using techniques similar to those used in the construction
of yacht rigging.
Our work is the design, construction and fitting of masts for sailing
vessels. The masts are easy to use but can be difficult to set up and regulate.

well equipped workshops and quayside position in Geona Port allows
us to undertake the repair and modification of any type of mast,
